Health Insurance

 

Julie is currently "in-network" with Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield/Premera, Cigna, Pacific Source and Moda (formerly ODS) health insurance carriers. Prior to your first appointment, Julie

will attempt to verify your eligibility and coverage with your health insurance company. If massage is covered, there is generally a

co-insurance or co-pay due at time of service. Billing is handled

at Julie's office, nothing more you need to do.

 

Auto Injury / PIP Claims ("Medical Massage")

 

If you are injured in an auto accident and require treatment, the cost of such treatments are generally paid for through your Personal Injury Protection "PIP" coverage. With a referral from your doctor, massage treatments are most likely covered and will be billed directly to the auto insurance company. Just bring in your insurance information and Julie will take it from there.
